Donor Engagement Associate
The Donor Engagement Associate is a part-time role (10 hours per week) responsible for strengthening relationships in partnership with the Executive Director and Managing Director with a portfolio of Iris’ major gift donors (gifts of $5,000 +) and supporting the growth of the organization’s major gifts pipeline. This position focuses on personalized donor engagement, stewardship planning, and prospect development to increase donor retention, satisfaction, and long-term giving.
