Alina Antonenko
Alina Antonenko is a pianist, singer, and music teacher based in Baltimore, Maryland. She began her musical career studying piano under her grandmother’s instruction, making her a fourth-generation musician in her family. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from Towson University and her Master’s degrees from Shenandoah University in Vocal Performance and Voice Pedagogy. Alina is an active teacher, music director at St. John Lutheran Church, collaborative pianist working with musicians and dancers, and she currently sings with the Bach in Baltimore Choir. Alina joined the Iris Music Project at the start of this spring season and is so grateful to be able to share music at her grandparents’ community of Weinberg Village! She lives in Baltimore with her husband, two cats and a plethora of plants!
